Wellness & Lifestyle Medicine
At Valley Functional Wellness we help patients address their health through a holistic, functional and integrative lens.
This is NOT a solely functional medicine practice, but more of an evidence informed, relatable approach borrowing from the provider’s 22 years at the bedside in various roles in from outpatient orthopedics, emergency nursing and primary care/family medicine.
Our services are for those who wish to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. Care plans incorporate a root cause approach that leads to improved patient outcomes.
We assist people who wish to have a relatable, accessible relationship with their health care provider and appreciate a holist approach, as well as those who have health care concerns that they feel aren’t being met fully through the traditional allopathic medicine model.
